- Show nearby karting venues on the map
- Verify that You are physically present at a venue when checking in
Location data is only used while the app is in use. It is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising purposes, or stored beyond what is necessary to provide the above features. You can enable or disable access to location at any time through Your device Settings.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Developer may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account and provide access to features available to registered users.
- To contact You by email or push notifications regarding updates or important communications related to the Service.

Children’s Privacy
GoKarting is designed to be used by karters of all ages, including those under 13, as karting is a family and junior sport. The app does not include any messaging, social networking, or user-to-user communication features.
We do not knowingly collect more Personal Data from minors than is necessary to provide the Service (account registration and check-in functionality). We do not sell, share, or use data collected from users under 13 for advertising or any purpose beyond providing the core features of the app.
If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data beyond what is described above, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites (such as track websites) that are not operated by Us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites.
